My name is Mandy and I have converted a house by the sea into a striking gallery to showcase my art and provide a space for art classes. we bought this property cheap as it was a wreck inside and riddled with damp (seaside life ). Here are the before pics, taken from the estate agents flyer. Much love and hard graft has been done over the last 12 years , from total re-wire , new victorian drains , 4 new concrete floors due to subsidence ( 1 more still to go ! ) new plumbing & and heating, plastering throughout. My dream is to one day convert the loft to enjoy this stunning view .
