Arrival week was a disaster! We moved in and had to move back out !! The electrics were condemened and sparking after a full survey... The electrician arrived and we moved to upstairs on a single extension lead from a usable socket. It took 3 weeks work to rewire and there were access and rolling water/ damp issues still left. then on the 3rd week the victorian drains collaped ...out we went again .
